Build/Design New Molds 
Molded Products has it own in-house tool & die shop, giving us the capability to control the design and building of your production tool. From a print or a sample part, we can build a production or prototype mold. A prototype mold is a low cost way to test a new concept/part before submitting a first article for approval.  This option assures accuracy and avoids costly design changes of production tools, further enhancing customer satisfaction.

Repair Existing Molds
Unfortunately, tools sometimes get damaged during the rubber molding process. Our in-house tool & die shop gives Molded Products the flexibility to quickly repair those molds, avoiding long down times and missed shipments.
